• Braking System: Test brakes to confirm responsive stopping. Check brake fluid levels and look for leaks in the hydraulic system.​

• Lights & Signals: Ensure all lights (headlights, taillights, warning beacons) and signals (horn, reverse alarm) are functional.​

• Hydraulic System: Examine hoses, connections, and cylinders for leaks or damage. Lubricate moving parts (chains, rollers, pivot points) as per the manufacturer's guidelines.​

• Steering & Controls: Test steering responsiveness and check for loose bolts or fittings in the control mechanisms.​

Engine Oil & Oil Filter Replacement​

• First Replacement: After the initial 50 hours of operation, replace both the engine oil and oil filter. This removes any residual debris from break-in wear.​

• Subsequent Replacements: Every 200 operating hours (or as specified by the manufacturer, whichever comes first), drain the old oil and install a new oil filter. Use high-quality diesel engine oil that meets the manufacturer's viscosity and performance standards.​
